Excellent Stay in Newquay
cute staff convenient location clean room
The staff was very cute. They went out of their way to help with anything I asked (special thanks to the night porter). The location was convenient, close to the sea with many great restaurants around. The room was clean. The sheets were changed daily, which I appreciated.
The corridor floors creaked a bit as people walked by.

A massive breakfast buffet was available. The food was cooked to perfection, especially the bacon. The dining area was spacious and well kept.

The staff showed great customer service. They are very friendly and helpful (Emma was really good). Check-in was a smooth process. The staff was professional and efficient upon my arrival at the reception.

The hotel location is good. It is close to the beach, about a 3-minute walk and just a 10-minute walk to the town centre. Parking was right outside the entrance. This made accessing the car very convenient.

Surprisingly Nice Stay!
helpful staff quiet room breakfast options convenient location
The staff proved helpful, especially when I needed directions. My room faced away from the street. It was very quiet. Breakfast offered several options, including pastries and fresh fruit. I found the proximity to local shops surprisingly convenient.
The bathroom tiles showed a bit of wear.

tea making facilities bonus blackout curtains
The room came with tea making facilities, a pleasant surprise. Blackout curtains were also a bonus.
The hotel showed visible signs of wear, a real pity. Windows were dirty, spoiling the view from the rooms. The need for some serious maintenance seems urgent.
